In Memoriam
Late Shri Krishan Patidar
Founder, Patidar Group · Former Minister, Government of Rajasthan

He was a farmer before he was anything else, and he never stopped describing himself that way. The land around Jhalawar taught him the two things he carried into every room afterwards: that results take seasons, not weeks, and that a person's word is the only asset that cannot be replaced.
From that base he built a business house — orchards first, then fuel, then mining, then stone. Each step was deliberate, each entered only when the family understood the work well enough to be accountable for it. He measured success in the number of families the Group could employ and keep employed.
In parallel he gave nearly five decades to public life, serving as a Minister in the Government of Rajasthan. He used that time the way he used everything else: for irrigation, for roads, for schools, for the farming families of a district that had few other advocates.
What he left behind is not only a group of companies. It is a way of operating — unhurried, straight, and answerable to the place you come from. Every business described on this site still runs on his instructions.
“Build slowly, deal straight, and leave the place better than you found it.”
