Corporate Social Responsibility
Responsibility is local, or it is nothing.
We operate where we live. Our community work is not a separate programme — it is what six businesses do in the district that raised them.

Our Focus
Six commitments, carried by six businesses.
Each of our operating companies contributes to the same set of outcomes — employment, capability, and infrastructure that outlasts us.
Agriculture
Sharing crop practice, irrigation know-how and inputs with farming families around our land.
Employment Generation
Creating stable, long-term local employment across six operating businesses.
Infrastructure Development
Building the roads and public buildings that let a region participate in growth.
Community Welfare
Quiet, consistent support for the communities our operations sit within.
Education
Backing schooling and skill-building for the next generation in and around Jhalawar.
Sustainable Growth
Working the land and the stone in ways that leave something behind for those who follow.
How we think about it
The most useful thing a business can do for a district is to be a stable employer. Over two hundred people work with the Group, many for decades, and that continuity does more for local households than any single initiative.
Beyond employment, we work where we have genuine competence: sharing crop and irrigation practice with neighbouring farming families, supporting schooling and skills for the next generation, and delivering public infrastructure to specification because we will be the ones driving on it.
And we try to take out less than we put back — in soil health, in water, and in how we leave a worked site.
